1.  How do we join your corporate delivery service?
A. It only takes a few minutes to get your office started on our free pick-up and delivery service.
         1.
CONTACT US or call 503.533.8675 (in Portland) or 360.260.3937 (in Vancouver) to request an informational packet with samples of our brochures, customer testimonials, etc.
         2.
When you are ready to get started, we will provide you with plenty of informational brochures for all of your employees, as well as signage that can be posted in the office and a pre-written email that can be forwarded to all employees informing them of the service.
      4.  We will determine with you if we will automatically stop at your office on every pick up and delivery day or if we will just stop if we receive a request for pick up (or if we have a delivery).

2. How does an individual employee start using the service?
1.  When an employee wants to start the service, they will contact DRY CLEANING STATION directly with any questions or to schedule their first pick up.
      2.  Customer will complete the CUSTOMER PROFILE FORM (found on the informational brochure).
      3.  Customer places items for cleaning AND completed CUSTOMER PROFILE FORM in any kind of disposable bag and leaves the bag in the designated pick up and delivery spot in your office by 8:30 am on the pick up and delivery day.
      4. We will return the items on the next pick up and delivery day with a personalized delivery bag to be used for all future orders.
      5. Customer will be added to our email reminder list. We send an email reminder out to all delivery customers on the business day prior to the next pick up and delivery day.  If we automatically stop at your office on every delivery day, the email will indicated that there is no need for a reply in order for us to pick up, we'll be there anyway.  If we do not automatically stop at your office on every pick up and delivery day, we will indicate that customer must reply to email if they have something for us to pick up.

3. We have a small office, and might only have a few orders each time you come by.  Can we still be on your route?
A. Absolutely!  If we don't get a reply from someone at your office (in response to our reminder email) we will not stop there (unless we have something to return, of course!).

4. Where do you leave the returned clothes?
A. We simply hang the completed order in the predetermined spot in your office (usually a coat closet or lunch room.  We can provide a rack if necessary).

6. I'm worried about theft...do you have any problems with orders being stolen from a customer's front porch?
A. That is a valid concern.  However we are happy to report that we have processed thousands of transactions through our delivery service and have never had a customer's order stolen from their office.  Thieves don't typically want to steal laundry! However, we cannot be held responsible for theft.

Tip

Have your clothes cleaned frequently. This actually prolongs their life ... as soil and stains left too long are sometimes impossible to remove and will cause abrasion of the fabric and can wear out the fibers.
